Prof. Shin presented at the 4th Robot Plus Seminar, jointly planned by the Robot Newspaper and the Korea Robot Industry Promotion Agency, on the topic of "Direction of Robot Development from the Perspective of the Service Ecosystem." He introduced conceptual issues and the current status of the application of service robots and artificial intelligence from the perspective of the service ecosystem in the hospitality and tourism industry. The key issues that will be important in the future were also discussed.
