신학승 교수는 지난 2023년 6월 21일 부산시청에서 진행된 제 1회 부산 웰니스 의료관광 포럼에서 "부산 웰니스 의료관광 전략발굴"을 주제로 기조발표를 진행하였습니다. 발표내용으로 브랜드 슬로건 정립, 융복합 상품개발, 수요자 중심의 온라인 커뮤니티 및 유통채널 구축, 도심형 리조트 민간투자 유치, 그리고 해외유학생을 기반으로한 전문인재 양성 전략을 설명하였습니다. 기조 발표 이후에 이루어진 토론에서는 부산이 아시아를 대표하는 웰니스 의료관광 전문지가 되기위한 전략이 논의되었습니다.

On June 21, 2023, Prof. Shin delivered a keynote presentation on "Exploring the Strategy for Busan Wellness Medical Tourism" at the 1st Busan Wellness Medical Tourism Forum held at Busan City Hall. In his presentation, he discussed the establishment of a brand slogan, the development of integrated products, the establishment of demand-driven online communities and distribution channels, the attraction of private investments for urban wellness resorts, and the strategy for cultivating specialized talents based on overseas students. Following the keynote presentation, the open discussion focused on the strategies to make Busan a leading destination for wellness medical tourism in Asia.
