신학승 교수는 2025년 11월 17일, 충청북도와 한국은행 충북본부가 공동 주최하고 충청북도 도정 정책자문단이 주관한 ‘2025 충북 발전 정책세미나’에 참석하여 ‘충청북도 생활관광인구 활성화 방안’을 주제로 발표를 진행하였습니다. 본 발표는 한국은행 충북본부의 지원으로 수행된 학술연구용역 결과를 바탕으로 이루어졌으며, 충청북도 생활관광인구의 확대 전략과 더불어 충북 각 지역의 관광 요소가 지역총생산(GRDP)에 미치는 영향력을 분석해 지역별 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 관광개발 전략을 제시하였습니다. 이번 연구에는 미래혁신관광연구실의 박주란, 이정희, 장선우 학생이 공동 연구원으로 참여하였습니다.

Professor Shin delivered a presentation titled “Strategies to Revitalize the Living Tourism Population in Chungcheongbuk-do” at the 2025 Chungbuk Development Policy Seminar, held on November 17, 2025. The seminar was co-hosted by Chungcheongbuk-do Province and the Bank of Korea Chungbuk Branch, and organized by the Provincial Policy Advisory Committee. The presentation was based on the findings of an academic research project supported by the Bank of Korea Chungbuk Branch. Professor Shin outlined strategic measures to expand the province’s living tourism population and proposed tailored tourism development strategies by analyzing the impact of various tourism resources on regional gross domestic product (GRDP) across different areas of Chungcheongbuk-do. This research was jointly conducted with FITLAB researchers Juram Park, Jeonghee Lee, and Sunwoo Jang.
