How Consumer Inference of Ulterior Motives Shapes Responses to Hotel Sustainability Initiatives)에서는 호텔을 비롯한 호스피탈리티 산업의 ESG정책이 강화됨에 따라 나타나고 있는 다양한 친환경 관행의 진정성 평가가 고객에게 미치는 영향을 구조적으로 분석하였습니다. 축하합니다!

Seulgi Lee, a master's student at the FITLAB, and Prof. Shin participated in the 30th APTA (Asia Pacific Tourism Association) International Conference held in Busan from July 7 to 9, 2025, and were awarded the Best Paper Award. Their study, titled “Green or Greedy? How Consumer Inference of Ulterior Motives Shapes Responses to Hotel Sustainability Initiatives,” structurally analyzed how consumers evaluate the authenticity of various eco-friendly practices emerging in the hospitality industry, particularly in the context of strengthened ESG policies.
