Professor Shin delivered a keynote presentation titled “Marine Tourism Development Strategies for Samcheok Following the Opening of the Donghae Line Railway” at the “Hydrogen and Tourism Economy Development Strategy Forum for the Opening of the Samcheok–Pohang Donghae High-Speed Railway”, hosted by Samcheok City and Gangwon Domin Ilbo on October 15, 2025.
